May 3rd- Glorious!

So this weekend I tried some amazing bread made from summit’s oatmeal stout, with some really good cheese, made my day!

May 2nd-Hollow tree that’s not dead??

I found this tree next to WA frost that’s hollow on the inside, but seems to be pretty lively, interesting.

April 28th Little shoe

I went for a walk today and found this lttle girls shoe tied to a bench. It was strangly depressing.

April 25th-late dinner at Salut

tonight I had dinner with some friends at a french restaurant called Salut. I took this photo because I found it funny that ketchup is called American Sauce in the store, kinda funny that its not called ketchup

April 25th-Somali Lunch

Today we had lunch with some of our Somali neighbors at Skyline Towers, the view was amazing!!!! and the food was humerous, they tried to cook some american food and somali food so it was fun! This is my friend Jamila’s daughter.

26th-Art Crawl

I actually went to the art Crawl on saturday, it was a great experience.

So I went to the Art Crawl with my friend and we found some really cool stuff, this particular artist has been working on a project for years about Minnesota’s homeless community, he has been doing long interviews with individuals for about three years. He has a show up coming in October that seems like it will be pretty interesting. each work will have a phone number you can call to hear the individuals talk about themselves.He also used a really interesting approach to hanging the works.

April 24th-Homework!

Today I was crunching for finals, I think due to my ADHD, sometimes I get really good at multi-tasking, using multiple enlargers or in this case multiple computers. Automating everything. So here was my set up for saturday and sunday.

April 23rd-Jackson Opening+ CVA DANCE

So Today was amazing, a lot of hard work and helping people. I wish everyday was like to day. Worked hard to get these kids a show at this coffee shop and they came, about 15 of the students showed up with there families and hung out and had some ice cream and some fun! It was really great, some professors showed up as well as some of the teachers of jackson elementary school. Later on that night I shot photographs for the schools dance, did some light painting with the kids.
